Welcome to Fairuza Cats!  We are a small CFA registered 'underfoot' state registered hobby breeder of exotic shorthair and exotic longhair cats. All our lives we have been animal lovers and their servants.  One day I felt this calling to go to a cat show and I got hooked!

I absolutely love improving the breed through better stock and learning from my mentors including other show exhibitors, judges and CFA personnel.  Each time I go to a show I learn more and make new friends.  The friends I have made showing cats has enriched me and my cats lives exponentially.  

We live in a small rural town of only 265 people in Browning, Missouri.  Most people here are either farmers or work for Smithfield Foods aka the local big pig operation.

My husband is a farm hand and works rain, shine or snow 365 days a year from daybreak or earlier until dark or 2:00 a.m. or whenever they are finished.  That is the life of a farmer and he wouldn't have it any other way.

Me on the other hand, I am more of an indoor kind of person because I just can't stand the humidity unless I am on the beach or in the desert, both where I have spent a large portion of my life until I decided to move back to Missouri in 2001 to raise my daughter.

Awards

• Most of our cats are at least Championed through CFA
• If they are Championed they are most likely working on their Grand Champion
• If they are not Championed it is because they are busy parenting and will get to that later
